The big day is tomorrow and we are almost ready. Most of our shopping is done and all we have left to do is wrapping, lots of wrapping. We have had an amazing holiday season. We’ve been to see Elf on a Shelf the Musical at Capital One Hall, Tinsel, and many other light displays.
This week we will tell you about Enchant at Nationals Park. It is another experience that will make the holidays seem magical. Just because tomorrow is Christmas doesn’t mean you can’t keep the party going. Both Enchant and Tinsel both go on through the first of the year so there is still plenty of time to check them out.
Today we are going to focus on our Christmas traditions. We will take cookies to our neighbors; go to church; and being a mostly Italian family, will enjoy the Feast of the Seven Fishes. We will go to a restaurant for that though since mom is allergic to some of the seafood.
This will be our last issue for the year. We have loved starting Macaroni Kid Capitol Hill/Northeast, Washington, DC in 2021. We have met so many wonderful people and have loved sharing our adventures and finds with you. We can’t wait to see what 2022 has to offer.
